Gary Otterstrom Project Coordinator/Owners Representative   Gary has over 30 years experience in the construction/development industry. Gary is very analytical and has the ability to envision a project and then successfully take it from the land acquisition stage through construction. He is an excellent communicator and is detail oriented. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Utah.
