David A. Lewis Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer   Dave is a licensed general contractor and has extensive experience in commercial, multi-family, and single family construction. He is multi-task oriented with strong management and organizational skills. Dave has the ability to analyze objectives and determine methods and strategies. He has a strong background in all phases of construction and contract management. Prior to ArrowStar Construction, Lewis founded Arthur Lewis Fine Homes. In 2004 he merged Arthur Lewis Fine Homes as a division of ArrowStar. He was selected as Builder of the Year in Utah Valley for 2002 and 2003. Lewis was also President of the Utah Valley Home Builders Association in 2003. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from Brigham Young University.
